I strongly do not recommend. I bought online entry tickets to the Parco Nazionale del Vesuvio being assured on the website about getting a refund in case of adverse weather conditions. We weren’t allowed to enter the park at the time we had booked because of the terrible weather, so I applied for a compensation .Their response was disappointed and impolite but, I did not expect that company could make fun of me saying ”We are glad to hear that you are able to enjoy your visit”.
Also I was surprised to read „ despite the weather conditions, you were ULTIMATELY able to use the tickets”. What means “ultimately”? Were we supposed to wait a few hours in the freezing cold , thick fog and strong wind until ULTIMATELY we could enter the park?
I’ve send the mail once again, hoping they reconsider their position, but they replied “your booking was used”! It means they sell our tickets to somebody else being paid twice and we were cheated twice! It’s the dishonest company and I do not recommend.

Dissapointed
I booked madame tuissaud tickets for me and the famuły. Paid in advance. The day before i knew i would not be able to attend booked hour. Scam company
They book diffrent tickets with agents that they are selling to you and they refuse to refund constany changing CS agent form India. Scam company
