Dissapointed
I booked madame tuissaud tickets for me and the famuły. Paid in advance. The day before i knew i would not be able to attend booked hour. IT was 17 hrs before the visit and tried to Ask them to change the hour for later one. Exchanged dozen of mails and did not met an understanding. I did not want a refund or anything just a change of hour. I could not believe they were so unflexible even though I have told them IT was a present on my birthday
I AM very frustrated and dissapointed
