I strongly do not recommend Air France services

I took four flights with Air France Airlines.

In the case of two flights out of four (return flights) my reservation was changed without any reason and my new flight started 12 hours later than the original time.

I received sms about the flight change in the middle of the night just after my reservation was rebooked and I could not do anything about it. Information of possible new flights and vouchers was sent only via email half an hour before the sms and also at night so I was practically unable to choose a different hour.

Flight rescheduling resulted in impossibility of self check-in and baggage drop off which were mandatory (most Air France counters were self-service ones). Long waiting time (approx. one hour) for airport service to start check-in activity.

I had two long haul flights and two very small meals were served during the 13 hour flight.

First meal was served one hour after take off and another was served one hour before landing which means 11 hours of hunger.

Temperature inside the cabin during the flight was 15C.

I strongly do not recommend Air France services.
